CONVEYOR SPLICING & VULCANIZATION
Specialized Conveyor Services offers state of the art splicing methods using the industries best splicing materials. Utilizing Almex vulcanizers with the newest technologies and equipment available to the market, paired with Fusion splicing materials ensures that every vulcanized splice completed by SCS will be stronger and completed safer than any competitor.
Capable of splicing the largest steel cable splices and strongest finger splices in our region. We will also provide Fusion Splice kits for our end users that want the most technologically advanced, quality splicing materials in the industry at a value that also leads the industry. Every Vulcanized splice completed by SCS will carry a two-year warranty against materials and workmanship.
BELT REPAIR
SCS provides a full range of belt repair services using Fusion Systems repair kits, patches and materials. Whether edge damage, punctures or rips, we can repair the small damage before it becomes a bigger issue.
Regular belt maintenance helps ensure the life of your conveyor belt and protect your materials.
RUBBER LINING & PULLEY LAGGING
We at SCS also provide rubber lining in the field and in shop. Having vast experience in abrasive linings as well as corrosion linings, we offer solutions for all industries in our region ranging from natural gas to sand plants and mine mills/tailings.
Utilizing the Fusion Systems line of lagging, industry leading adhesives, and abrasion products, We at SCS utilize our experience, premium Fusion products and value to offer the best lining solutions to serve our customers in ways they haven’t been served by a service company in our industry.
CONVEYOR SURVEY
Specialized Conveyor Services can survey your conveyor equipment and belt and provide a subjective report of potential risks and issues such as belt damage, equipment issues (idlers, hoppers), and splice weaknesses.
Safety Standard
We pride ourselves on our attention to safety. We have a custom safety plan geared specifically towards conveyor belts, rigging, and confined spaces. All our technicians are MSHA part 48 and confined space certified. Our culture of safety as the number one priority shows in our equipment and quality of work.
